Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst banned from Ukraine

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst has been banned from the Ukraine for five years.
Reports from the Eastern European country state the 'Rollin'' singer has been prohibited from entering the country "in the interests of guaranteeing the security of our state".
The news comes after the 45-year-old American musician revealed a desire to move to the Crimea to make a Russian reality TV show and also said he'd like to be granted a Russian passport.
Speaking to Russia's state-run news agency Sputnik International in October, he said: "I wouldn't mind getting a Russian passport. If you have communication with the relevant authorities, which could assist with obtaining it ... share."
And despite the Prime Minister of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov describing the territory as "the new Beverly Hills" and calling on Western celebrities to obtain residency, it seems the invite does not extend to the controversial singer, as Interfax security services have confirmed Fred's ban to Billboard - but refused to give a statement on the matter.
The rocker's wife Kseniya Beryazina - who he married in 2012 and who is teaching him Russian - comes from the area that has been a Russian territory since 2014.

Adele’s 25 outsells Taylor Swift’s 1989

Adele's album '25' is the best-selling record in America since her previous record '21'.
The 'Hello' singer's comeback album sold 5.98 million in its first four weeks of sales, beating Taylor's Swift's '1989', which sold 5.7 million.
However, Adele has yet to beat her own record for '21', with an incredible 11.37 sales.
Meanwhile, Adele - who will embark on a tour in support of '25' next year - has admitted she is already thinking about her next album and wants it to feature a duet.
The 27-year-old singing superstar reportedly turned down the chance to collaborate with Beyoncé on her new record '25' but she has rubbished the claims stating that apart from her three-year-old son Angelo, Beyoncé is her "main priority".
Asked about claims that she declined Beyoncé's duet, she said: "Whoever started that must have been having a laugh because anyone who knows me knows that my main priority in life outside of my child is Beyoncé.
"I really wanted to do a duet on this album. I spoke to someone about it who I wanted to do it with, and we got on like a house on fire, and then we just couldn't logistically really get it to work. I can't say who it is because I want to do it in the future. That's the only reason. It wasn't Beyoncé!"

Adele: I want to duet in the future

Adele wants her next album to feature a duet.
The 27-year-old singing superstar reportedly turned down the chance to collaborate with Beyoncé on her new record '25' but she has rubbished the claims stating that apart from her three-year-old son Angelo, Beyoncé is her "main priority".
Asked about the rumour circulated that she declined Beyoncé's duet, she said: "Whoever started that rumour must have been having a laugh because anyone who knows me knows that my main priority in life outside of my child is Beyoncé.
"I really wanted to do a duet on this album. I spoke to someone about it who I wanted to do it with, and we got on like a house on fire, and then we just couldn't logistically really get it to work. I can't say who it is because I want to do it in the future. That's the only reason. It wasn't Beyoncé!"
Meanwhile, the 'Hello' hitmaker - who has Angelo with partner Simon Konecki - says she has big plans for her upcoming world tour and even suggested flying through concert halls as part of her set, but admits the idea was mocked.
She told TIME magazine: "I'm not just going to stand there! I really would like to fly through the arena for the beginning, but no one's having it."

Madonna: I’m being ‘silenced’

Madonna claims she was being "silenced" as a power cut delayed her Glasgow show.
The 'Like A Virgin' hitmaker tried to perform an encore during her Rebel Heart tour at the Scottish capital's SSE Hydro Arena but she was unable to play her last song as the power had already been disconnected.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote: "We don't stop till its over Glasgow! Don't try to silence the Queen."
However, a spokesperson for the venue insists it was the 57-year-old singer's team who shut the power off.
They said: "Madonna finished her agreed set and then chose to come on for another song.
"By that stage, all the power and control equipment had already been disconnected by her own production engineers. I would stress that this was not a venue decision."
This is not the first time Madonna has suffered technical problems during her most recent tour.
Whilst she initially blasted the fans as complaining "bitches" for booing when she finally got on stage in Manchester, she later took to Facebook to explain what had happened.
She wrote: "FACTS: its good to have them before you jump to conclusions! The entire video for my show crashed as I arrived for sound check. The back up file was corrupt. We had no choice but to reboot and pray for a good outcome. The video lights 75% of my show. We can't play in the dark. We were rebooted and ready by 9:30 even though we planned to go on earlier. I had to make cuts in show before show started. 'Dress You Up' was one of them and my third guitar song. This still brought us past the 11:00 curfew! (sic)"

Rihanna teases Anti release

Rihanna has teased a new video clip from her highly-anticipated album 'Anti'
The 'We Found Love' hitmaker is gearing up to release her eighth studio album and after posting a second video in the space of week, fans are speculating it may be released on Christmas Day (25.12.15).
Captioning the video, she writes: "Experience room 6 of the #ANTIdiaRy (sic)"
In the video, anticipation builds as the 27-year-old beauty walks towards the camera and past a number of backing dancers, before making her way towards a projection of herself.
However, fans hopeful of the album being released this week may be disappointed as collaborator Sia recently revealed Rihanna is still working on the LP.
She shared: "The other night she came over and listened to half of 25 songs I played her because she's still looking for songs for her new album.
"She was there to listen to songs and see if there was anything that she was into. It was a business meeting for sure. She took four [songs] but I don't know if they'll end up [on the album]. I'm pretty sure I have one on the new album but I don't know if I'll end up with more than that."

Nicki Minaj goes ahead with Angola show despite

Nicki Minaj has upset the Human Rights Foundation charity by going ahead with a concert in Angolo.
The 33-year-old rapper headlined a Christmas festival in the capital of Luanda on Saturday (19.12.15), titled Show Unitel Boas Festas, despite protests over the country's human rights record.
After her slot, the 'Anaconda' star posted a photograph of herself on Instagram with a huge smile and wrapped in Angola's national flag, with the caption: "Reppin the flag on my back. ANGOLA I LOVE UUUUUUUUUUUUU. THANK UUUUUUUU!!!!!!!! Muuuuaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!! (sic)"
She also uploaded a video showing the packed out stadium, and wrote "ANGOLA HAS MY HEART" along with a photograph posing with a fan, which was captioned: "Success is yours for the taking!!!!! #Angola thank u to the women who brought me out here as well. (sic)"
The news comes after Thor Halvorssen, the head of the Human Rights Foundation, pleaded with the singer to cancel the concert.
In a letter to Nicki, he said: "Ms. Minaj, you are well known for being involved with charities such as the Get Schooled Foundation, which helps motivate young people to graduate from high school and succeed in college. If you move forward with this performance for the dictator and his family, you will be in league with the people stealing educational resources and opportunity from young Angolans."
Angola's government has been accused of oppression, intimidation and imprisoning supporters of democracy, and
Halvorssen also highlighted the case of Angolan hip hop artist Luaty Beirao, who was arrested in June after attending a meeting that discussed democracy in the country.
Disappointed fans took to the rapper's Facebook page, with one writing: "Not cool, Nicki, not cool. I guess you don't care about human rights, eh?"

Shane MacGowan boasts new set of teeth

The Pogues singer Shane MacGowan had the "Everest of dentistry" to provide him with a set of new teeth.
The Irish musician's familiar toothless grin is gone for good, after McGowan - who co-wrote the band's biggest ever hit, Christmas classic 'A Fairytale of New York - underwent nine hours of reconstructive surgery on the instigation of his girlfriend, Victoria Clarke, to give him a wide white smile for the first time in his life.
Asked whether it was the "Everest of dentistry", McGowan's dentist, Dr Darragh Mulrooney, revealed that as procedures go, it was "as big as it gets" and the surgery required a "whole team to get to the summit".
In what some fans will see as a Christmas miracle, McGowan - who lost his last two teeth in 2008 after years of drug and alcohol abuse eroded them - had 28 dentures fitted alongside one gold tooth on a titanium frame, and the work should improve his singing ability.
Dr Mulrooney told The Independent newspaper: "Shane recorded most of his great works when he had some teeth to work with. The question on everyone's lips is how it will affect his voice ... We've effectively retuned his instrument and that will be an ongoing process. There was a moving moment when someone gave Shane an apple to eat ... something he hadn't done in 20 years."
The remarkable surgery has been documented for a Sky Arts TV special 'Shane MacGowan: A Wreck Reborn'.

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini to record new music in 2016

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini will record new music in 2016.
The former Girls Aloud singer is looking forward to getting back into the studio next year after spending the last few months working as a judge on 'The X Factor'.
She told the Daily Mirror: "I'll be starting new music in the New Year. I'm just looking forward to a little break after 'The X Factor' and Christmas dinner before getting started.
"I don't know how long the process will take.
"It will depend on how inspired I am to start songwriting or whether I get sent the right tracks, but I'm looking forward to getting back into the studio soon."
Cheryl's last album was 2014's 'Only Human' and it was recently revealed reported that she is planning to feature some of her Girls Aloud bandmates on her latest record.
An insider said: "Cheryl's working on one of her biggest career plans yet, to get some of Girls Aloud back together for a new record. Cheryl wants to get in the studio and have the girls making cameo appearances on songs she's been working on for release next year."

Sir Elton John loves

Sir Elton John loves having a regular DJ slot on Beats 1, Apple Music's radio station.
The 68-year-old star has the freedom to choose the tracks he plays and is relishing the opportunity of sharing his favourite music with his listeners.
He shared: "I love doing the shows so much. I've done specials for Radio 2 and things like that, which I've loved, but to do one that goes out every week, and to have to choose 15 or 16 songs every show ... I'll do it as long as I can play new stuff, and as long as there are no rules.
Meanwhile, the 'Tiny Dancer' hitmaker revealed he would "love" to nurture new artists, but the job doesn't pay well enough.
He told The Sunday Times Culture magazine: " I would love to be an A&R man. I know a lot about music and how to nurture talent. But it wouldn't pay me enough and I couldn't sit in clubs at 3 o'clock in the morning watching acts any more.
"My career's better than ever, everything in my life is fantastic. But to have the passion about music at nearly 69 that I had when I was 15, or five, that's what I'm proud of."
