Moya Brady: No one is safe from Breda McQueen

Moya Brady warns no one is safe from Breda McQueen.
The ‘Hollyoaks’ star’s killer alter ego is set to strike again and claim at least one new victim in the coming weeks, and while she name dropped Harry Thompson (Parry Glasspool) and Mercedes Queen (Jennifer Metcalfe) as people to "step up", she teased that anyone could be in the firing line.
She said: "Well, I think Harry better step up, because there is a new born baby, which was brought into this world by Breda herself. "Mercedes is very much in danger, as she has been behaving very badly and Sylver really doesn’t deserve it. So, she better watch herself… Pretty much everyone better watch themselves."
While Mercedes would be a departure from Breda’s history of targeting bad fathers, Moya thinks her character’s motivation is slightly different there when it comes to "protecting her son" Sylver McQueen (David Tag).
She explained: "That’s about Sylver and how she feels towards protecting her son. No matter who they are, man, woman, animal, alien, anybody who goes near Breda’s children are in danger."
Meanwhile, a body resurfaces in the village over the summer, with many people speculating it could be one of Breda’s victims.
Moya admitted her alter ego will "be worried", but she’s "sharp" enough to figure out how to deal with the possible issue.
She added: "I think Breda has always got one eye on potential threats. Of course, she’ll be worried, but she’s pretty good at getting out of sticky situations. She’s pretty sharp."
