Vin Diesel confirms one final Fast and Furious trilogy

Vin Diesel says that the 'Fast and Furious' franchise will end after "one final trilogy".
The 48-year-old actor and producer is currently working on finding a director for the eighth movie in the series and revealed that he will bow out after three more films.
Writing on Facebook, Vin said: " Universal has been so good to me and so trusting of the vision... they have been like family... I promised the studio I would deliver one last Trilogy to end the saga."
While it has been claimed that producers are struggling to find a director for the upcoming eighth movie in the franchise, Vin insisted he is just being picky because he wants to deliver the best film possible for the fans.
He explained: "The fans of the Fast & Furious SAGA are the best fans in the world... Since I became the Producer in 2008, you have been with me every step of the way... literally giving me feedback that proved invaluable. Thank you.
"My producing partner Neal would love for me to just sign off on a director, but this is too special a franchise, so these matters have to be very carefully handled. To be clear, NO ONE has been offered to helm Fast 8 yet... let alone seen a script (sic)."

Lea Seydoux: Spectre is political

Lea Seydoux thinks 'Spectre' has "political" undertones.
The 30-year-old actress - who's been cast in the role of Dr Madeleine Swann in the new Sam Mendes-directed movie - has revealed he on-screen character is the product of a "feminist" mindset.
She shared: "My character Madeleine Swann is a rebel. She's the daughter of an assassin and her father [Mr White, Bond's former adversary in 'Casino Royale' and 'Quantum of Solace'] is the key to unlocking many of the mysteries in this plot.
"The Bond girl was a stereotype Bond girl, very sexy, but while Madeleine sleeps with Bond this time it's different. She doesn't need him or wait for him to save her."
Lea said that unlike prior Bond girls, her character stands on an equal footing to the secret agent.
She told the Mail on Sunday newspaper: "It's almost political this film. The producers really thought through the project in a feminist way. My character is Bond's equal. She doesn't need Bond, she doesn't want to be part of his world.
"I think this is what's new in the film. It's not what you expect from a Bond film. It's a much more intense, complex and deep relationship."

Kerry Washington tries to quit acting ‘all the time’

Kerry Washington claims she tries to quit acting "all the time."
The 'Scandal' star admits she often thinks about walking away from her Hollywood career.
She said: "I try to quit acting all the time! Not necessarily the show, it's not that I would ever walk away from 'Scandal,' but at times I am like, 'Eh, I'm done with this acting thing.' But being able to tell the story brings me back."
Kerry credits the show's creator Shonda Rhimes for helping her to juggle motherhood and her career.
The brunette beauty, who has 16-month-old daughter Isabella with husband Nnamdi Asomugha, feels lucky to have a boss "who really understands" her need to be present at home as well as on set.
Asked whether being a working mother is overwhelming, the 38-year-old actress said: "Well, last season was my first real experience of working with Isabelle. Honestly, it's no joke! It's the real deal.
"Shonda Rhimes is a wonderful role model. One of the greatest things about having her as a boss is that she is a woman who really understands. She's a mother and has four shows, along with three kids."
Meanwhile, Kerry, who quietly got married in June 2013, says her honeymoon was the best holiday she has ever taken.
She told InTouch Weekly magazine: "I always say my favourite weeks in my life so far are my honeymoon and doing 'Saturday Night Live' - not counting every second with my kid."

‘Capable cook’ Sienna Miller

Sienna Miller considers herself to be a "capable cook".
The 33-year-old actress, who plays a sous chef alongside Bradley Cooper in their new movie 'Burnt', trained with British chef Marcus Wareing for three weeks before shooting the film and claims he casually offered her a job afterwards.
She said: "At the end, he said he'd have a place for me in his kitchen. [I'm a ] capable cook and I love it, but my knife skills are useless - we had a hand double. But I'm a grafter. I can fillet and cook a piece of turbot pretty perfectly."
The blonde beauty previously worked with Bradley, 40, on 'American Sniper' and says he has become her "best boy friend."
She added: "We laugh a lot; he is loyal and kind and has no concept of his own brilliance."
The four-time Oscar nominee is equally fond of the actress.
He said: "We got along immediately because we have the same work ethic. She comes to set prepared, with no fuss or pretence."
Meanwhile, Sienna, who split from Tom Sturridge in July, claims she is no longer interested in playing lead characters because her priority is their three-year-old daughter, Marlowe.
She told the October issue of Marie Claire magazine: "[Now it's about] working with the right people, the right director. With a young daughter, it's ideal to play supporting roles."

Eddie Redmayne’s acting ambitions

Eddie Redmayne didn't know he wanted to be an actor until he was 19.
The 33-year-old star enjoyed being on stage when he was younger but admits it wasn't a life-long dream to make it his profession.
He said: "I enjoyed it growing up but it was only when I was about 18 or 19 and did a production of 'Cabaret' at the Edinburgh Festival that I knew I wanted to make acting my career."
And the Oscar-winning star still feels like a "kid play-acting" and compared making movies to going on holiday.
He added: "The odd thing about this profession is that you still feel like a kid play-acting. There's this sense of make-believe and wonder to it that stays with you.
"Making movies is a bit like being on a summer holiday where you meet people, become friends and then perhaps go away and never meet again."
Eddie is incredibly "grateful" for all his career success as he never had ambitions to be such a "big star".
He told HELLO! magazine: "I never set myself any specific goals or had ambitions of becoming a big star.
"I'm only interested in being part of good films, working with talented people and making the most of those experiences. I'm very grateful. Overall, it's a very good time in my life."

Cynthia Nixon wants SATC 3

Cynthia Nixon would "absolutely" make another 'Sex and the City' movie.
The 49-year-old actress is "very proud" of the TV show and it's two spin-off films and would jump at the chance of reprising her role of Miranda Hobbes again.
She said: "I'd absolutely do another 'SATC' movie - if Michael Patrick King wanted to write it and Sarah Jessica Parker wanted to do it. I'm very proud of it."
When she was first cast as lawyer Miranda, Cynthia - who has children Samantha, 19, and Charles, 13, with ex-husband Danny Mozes and Charles, four, with wife Christine Marinoni - felt she didn't have much in common with her character, but by the time the show ended, she found they were "completely" alike, though she is still unsure how that happened.
She told Woman magazine: "It's funny because when we first started doing it, I felt I was very little like Miranda.
"And then by the very last episode, somebody asked me that question and I thought, 'I'm completely like her in every way.'
"I don't know if I became more like her from playing her or if I became like her because the writer saw this assertive person in me."

Joseph Gordon-Levitt: Acting is like wire-walking

Joseph Gordon-Levitt thinks acting is similar to wire-walking.
The 34-year-old actor stars as Philippe Petit in 'The Walk' - which is about the Frenchman's jaw-dropping effort to cross between New York's twin towers in 1974 - and Joseph believes there are some strong parallels between the two disciplines.
Joseph - who learnt how to wire-walk for his latest on-screen role - said: "There are some similarities between wire-walking and acting.
"It's all a mental game. When you're acting, there's this chaos going on around you and you have to compartmentalise and not think about it. It's the same on the wire.
"If you start thinking, 'Ooh, I'm so high up,' or 'I could lose my balance,' then you're done for. You can learn the physical. Staying focused - that's the trick."
Joseph also claimed Philippe's daring stunt also took on a symbolic meaning.
He told the Guardian newspaper: "It's beautiful and physically daring but there's a metaphor, too.
"It takes courage to do anything. It's so easy and cowardly to say 'I don't care' or 'I can't be the person I want to be.'"

Matt Damon keen to make Daredevil movie

Matt Damon would make a 'Daredevil' movie - but only if Christopher Nolan agreed to direct.
The 44-year-old actor - who stars in the Ridley Scott-directed sci-fi film 'The Martian' - has revealed he would be willing to follow in the footsteps of his long-time friend Ben Affleck by appearing as the comic book superhero, provided Nolan agrees to the project.
Matt shared: "For [Ben Affleck and me] it was always 'Daredevil' - that's the comic we read when we were kids.
"But when that one came along I chickened out, because I couldn't tell. I hadn't seen the director work and I didn't know. So I just said, 'No.' Ben was like, 'I gotta do it.'
"And the movie ended up doing very well, even though I don't think Ben was ultimately very proud of it."
Despite this, Matt said he would be happy to assume the role if Nolan could be attracted to the film.
He told the Daily News: "If Chris Nolan came up to me and said, 'I want to do Daredevil,' I would be in."
Affleck's 'Daredevil' movie was released in 2003, proving to be a box-office success but receiving mixed reviews.

Hugh Jackman eyes Tom Hardy for Wolverine role

Hugh Jackman wants Tom Hardy to play the next Wolverine.
The 46-year-old actor, who has played the superhero since 2000, announced earlier this year his upcoming appearance in 'Wolverine 3' will be his last, but he's already been eyeing up people take his place and believes the 'Legend' star, 38, will be the best person to take over the Adamantium claws.
Asked who he thinks should take over the role, he said: "I haven't really given it a lot of thought. I've been asked that question a lot, and I'm always like, 'I don't wanna make it too easy on the studio to replace me,' you know?"
He added to MTV News: "He's younger than me for sure. I think Tom Hardy would be a great Wolverine."
And is seems Tom would be the best fit for the role as he received rave reviews for his portrayal of nasty villain Bane in 'The Dark Knight Rises' in 2012.
Meanwhile, Hugh - who broke hearts around the globe when he announced his decision to step down from the role of Wolverine in May this year - will star in the upcoming sequel of the movie but it's not known whether he will reprise the iconic role in the 2016 'X-Men: Apocalypse' as of yet.
