Molly Sims feels "exhausted" by Christmas.
The ‘Carrie Diaries’ actress, who has son Brooks, two, and is five months pregnant with her second child with husband Scott Stuber, loves the festive period, but admitted she is finding the season tiring.
She said: "The holidays are hard when you’re pregnant. You’re just exhausted. It’s hectic, but I love it."
However, the 41-year-old star has tried to plan ahead this year to avoid unnecessary stress."
She explained: "I’m really particular about my gifts, so I have to go and personally pick them out. I make notes for present ideas throughout the year. I try to get all of my shopping and wrapping done, and then I’m done. I don’t want to stress. I want to enjoy the holidays."
Molly is also gearing up to host a number of special gatherings for friends over the next few weeks and doesn’t mind putting pressure on them to RSVP.
She said: "It’s hectic around the holidays, so you have to send invites out early. I start nudging two weeks out, and then I need to know a week before the event."
And the blonde beauty, who runs her own lifestyle website mollysims.com, is planning to do most of the cooking herself.
She said: "I believe in baking from scratch. I love my mom’s red velvet cake. It’s so good.
"I always over prepare on food and have more drinks than necessary. If you have drinks and food, your party will always be a success."
