Millie Mackintosh has ripped up her wedding dress for the sake of a Halloween costume.
The 27-year-old reality star hasn’t had a use for the expensive white dress since she split from rapper Professor Green – real name Stephen Manderson – earlier this year, and it has now been reported that she decided to tear the gown to pieces and cover it in fake blood in order to look the part on Halloween.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Millie was joking that she was glad she had finally found a good use for it.
"She ripped it to shreds and covered it with blood splashes. She even joked she wished it was Stephen’s blood.
"It was funny but she’s been so quiet about the divorce. It shocked people to see her make such a pointed statement."
The former ‘Made In Chelsea’ star and the ‘Back on the Market’ rapper tied the knot in 2013, but revealed they were filing for divorce in February this year.
Millie quickly rekindled her relationship with former flame and co-star Hugo Taylor, whilst Green enjoyed several rumoured flings, including Rita Ora and Fae Williams.
The news of Millie’s outburst comes after the musician recently unveiled details of their split in a new song ‘One Eye on the Door’, which suggests they divorced because the rapper couldn’t control his party lifestyle.
The lyrics read: "I’ll probably get kicked out of my house, ’til I come back with a brand new Chanel bag and shoes but I refuse to wave a white towel.
"S**t, I’m dead – I don’t know where the time went. Where’s my phone? S**t, 61 missed calls. A divorce is on the cards if I don’t split and get my a**e in gear."
