Millie Bobby Brown deaf in one ear

Millie Bobby Brown is deaf in one ear.
The 13-year-old actress is known for starring in Netflix drama ‘Stranger Things’, and whilst her secondary passion is singing, she has admitted she can’t fully hear herself when she performs as she was born with a partial loss of hearing which eventually worsened to full deafness in one ear.
But the star doesn’t "care" if she "sounds bad" when she sings, as she "genuinely enjoys" performing.
She said: "I just started to sing, and if I sound bad I don’t care, because I’m just doing what I love. You don’t have to be good at singing. You don’t have to be good at dancing or acting. If you like to do it, if you genuinely enjoy doing it, then do it. No one should stop you."
On top of her acting career and her singing hobby, Millie is also keen to get involved in charity work, as she admits she loves to "help other people".
When asked what other goals she has in life, she said: "I just want to focus on helping other people. Working with Unicef is a really big dream of mine."
And despite paving her way as a Hollywood star, Millie is determined to make sure she doesn’t grow up too quickly, and insists she won’t be showing too much skin in photoshoots until she reaches 18.
Speaking in an interview with Variety magazine, Millie said: "I don’t like showing off my skin. If I’m in a photo shoot and they’re like, ‘Can you wear a crop top?’ I’m like, ‘No. No, not yet.’ When that day comes I’m going to be, like, 18.
"To live in the moment and to make mistakes is a big part of being a person. I’m still just a kid. I’m 13, and making mistakes is OK."
