Miley Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne are among the celebrities who have paid tribute to their mothers on Mother’s Day in the US today (11.05.14).
The ‘Wrecking Ball’ hitmaker shared a childhood snap of her with mother Tish holding a teddy bear on Twitter with the caption: "Happy Morhter’s Day mama tishcyrus (sic)".
Kelly posted a touching snap on her and mother Sharon on her Instagram page of them face-to-face, with the message: "I love you Mumma more than you will ever know! Thank you for making me the women I am today! @sharonosbourne (sic)"
‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star Kris Jenner shared a photobooth snap her and her elderly mother Mary Jo Campbell, accompanied by the caption: "Happy Mothers Day to my Mommy M.J!!!!! Thank you for loving me unconditionally. One of my life’s biggest blessings and loves is having you as my Mom. I love you so much!!! (sic)"
Madonna’s 13-year-old son Rocco, her child with ex-husband Guy Ritchie, also posted a photograph of him with his pop star mother and joked about being disciplined growing up.
He wrote: "HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!! Thanks for being the greatest mother ever. There was some OD ass whopping but I guess it was for good reason. I love you and I thanks you for all the support (sic)."
Meanwhile, actor James Franco took time out from promoting his new film ‘Palo Alto’ to wish his mother Betsy Lou the best today, posting a picture of the two of them on his famous Instagram account with the words: "Happy Mothers Day Mama Franco (sic)."
