Mike Boateng and Priscilla Anyabu have been dumped from Love Island

Mike Boateng and Priscilla Anyabu have been dumped from ‘Love Island’.
The couple have become the final pair to leave the South African villa ahead of Sunday’s (23.02.20) live final, after they received the least amount of votes from the public, and were therefore deemed to be the least favourite couple.
Mike and Priscilla were booted from the ITV2 reality show on Friday (21.02.20), just days after they became the third official couple in the villa whilst enjoying their final date, which consisted of a safari trip.
And although they won’t be taking home the £50,000 prize fund, Mike has said he’s "feeling great", because he’s found himself a girlfriend.
The 24-year-old police officer said: "I’m feeling great. My time on ‘Love Island’ has been an amazing journey. I’ve met some really good people, good friends and I’ve seen their families as well. I’ve seen where they’ve all come from and it makes sense – they’ve all been raised by such beautiful parents, brothers and sisters. And of course, I’ve got a girlfriend leaving, I’m happy."
Whilst Priscilla – who was a late addition to the villa as she joined during the Casa Amor split – says her time on the show has been "surreal".
She added: "There was so much love and good energy and positive vibes, everyone got on so well in the villa so it was loving and enjoyable.
"I said to Mike the other day, ‘I’ve got a boyfriend!’ I didn’t expect to find someone, I thought I may walk out of this single. So to have a boyfriend – who asked me in front of the world – it was so surreal but I’m happy it’s Mike."
Mike and Priscilla’s dumping means the final four couples are Paige Turley and Finley Tapp, Siannise Fudge and Luke Trotman, Demi Jones and Luke Mabbott, and Jess Gale and Ched Uuzor.
‘Love Island’ will return on Sunday, when the winning couple will be crowned.
