Mick Jagger can still fit into his old Stones clothes

Sir Mick Jagger can still fit into the clothes he wore in the 1960s with The Rolling Stones.
The 72-year-old singer has been unearthing dozens of stage costumes and garments from the band’s heyday for their new display ‘EXHIBITIONISM’ – which is to open at The Saatchi Gallery in London next week.
Although he hasn’t been tempted to try on his old outfits, Mick knows he’d having no trouble getting into them because he’s remained pretty much the same weight.
In an interview on Absolute Radio, he said: "I haven’t tried but I’m pretty much the same shape. But yeah, I’m sure I can get into them all. Providing I haven’t shrunk too much!"
‘EXHIBITIONISM’ will feature over 500 items from the band’s personal archives, including lots of their stage outfits and clothes they wore in their videos, artefacts and recreations of locations synonymous with the band.
Mick admits just his clothing collection could have filled the entire gallery with many of the exhibited pieces holding a lot of memories for him.
He said: "I’m a bit throw-awayer of most things. The funny thing is I kept a lot of clothes. I could have had the whole Saatchi Gallery full of clothes, to be honest, and there’d be nothing else but my clothes with ‘Decade one starts here’, and you walk through the whole thing. But lots of other things I do throw away. I’m not a hoarder of ticket stubs and old posters and awards. You’re not thinking this is all going to be for my grandchildren, and tucking posters away and things like that.
"I’ve kind of walked through it in my mind a lot of times, and I’ve walked through it virtually. When you actually do it physically, it will be quite emotional … really super-evocative of certain stages of your life, right from the beginning to the present."
