Michelle Hardwick and Kate Brooks throw wedding bash

Michelle Hardwick and Kate Brooks danced to a Dolly Parton tribute act as they threw a huge party to celebrate their recent wedding.
The ‘Emmerdale’ actress and the ITV soap’s producer tied the knot at the late, great Elvis Presley’s Graceland estate in Memphis, Tennessee, last month without any family or friends, but they put on a big bash for their pals and loved ones back in the UK over the weekend to toast their nuptials.
Michelle – who plays Vanessa Woodfield in the show – shared a short Instagram Stories clip of her and Kate’s guests enjoying the evening, and wrote: "Had the best night with our family and friends"
At the end of the video she panned to ‘Coronation Street’ star Jack P. Shepherd (David Platt), who was among the party-goers.
Michelle and Kate enjoyed a dance to Dolly tune ‘Here You Come Again’.
Just last week, the soap star revealed the only guests at the loved-up couple’s wedding in the US were a "hotel maintenance guy" and his mother after they bumped into him while trying to find their suite and he invited himself to their ceremony.
Recalling the events, she explained: "He said, ‘Tuesday’s my day off, I’d love to come and watch and bring my momma!’
"We’ve just come out us two, not brought a soul with us, but we were so nice, like ‘That’s fine, yeah’, thinking it’s a few days away, he’s never gonna turn up in a million years.
"Cut to Kate and I getting out of our lovely Cadillac that took us to Graceland. We got out and Erica, the wedding coordinator, and she was like ‘Girls, lovely to meet you, you look beautiful. Two of your friends are here.’ "
