Meghan Trainor was hungover when she performed on ‘The X Factor’.
The 21-year-old singer performed her hit single ‘All About That Bass’ on the final of the ITV show in December last year but the blonde star has admitted she over-indulged slightly the night before and felt a little worse for wear as a result.
She said: I was here for ‘The X Factor’, but I just flew in, performed and flew out.
"I was so jetlagged when I did the show – and hungover!"
The blonde beauty also confessed she’s had to give up eating pizza all the time because over-indulging in the calorific treat and travelling a lot was making her ill.
She added to OK! magazine: "I used to get sick a lot, too. I wasn’t the best – I was eating pizza and travelling a lot and not sleeping – so I started eating chicken and broccoli to clear my lungs, and I don’t get sick any more.
"But there are a lot of things you have to adjust your body to.
"Overnight I was a pop star instead of spending ten years learning how to tour, so I had to jump right into it."
