Megan Thee Stallion and GloRilla to drop Soulja Boy-sampling collab this week

Megan Thee Stallion and GloRilla have a collaboration out this week.

The ‘WAP’ hitmaker took to Instagram to share a clip of the rappers in the studio and confirmed they have recorded a tune that samples Soulja Boy’s 2010 hit ‘Pretty Boy Swag’ and that it arrives on Friday (05.04.24).

Megan captioned the clip, in which she twerks: “Too thick. Glo dropping 4/5 !!! We getting activateddddd (sic)”

The song is seemingly called ‘Wanna Be’ as GloRilla recently dropped the track-listing for her mixtape, ‘Ehhthang Ehhthang’, which is out on April 5.

The collaboration comes as the pair prepare to embark on Megan’s ‘Hot Girl Summer Tour’.

The jaunt will kick off in North America with a show in Minneapolis on May 14, after the US leg, Megan will head to the UK to play Glasgow and Manchester, before heading across the pond to Pairs, Amsterdam, Cologne, and then heading to Dublin, Birmingham, and London, and wrapping with a slot at Washington’s Broccoli City Festival.
