Lydia Bright and Vogue Williams train for The Jump

Lydia Bright and Vogue Williams have started training for ‘The Jump’.
The ‘Only Way is Essex’ star and the 31-year-old model have only just agreed to take part in the forthcoming series of the winter sports show but it seems they’re determined to get as much practice in before Christmas as they can, as they took to the artificial slopes on Tuesday (06.12.16) to learn how to slide down the snow.
The 26-year-old blonde beauty uploaded a photograph of herself and Vogue in their thermals as they prepared to take to the dry slope and wrote: "Here we go, early morning starts. First day of training. Let’s do this boo @voguewilliams
@channel4 #TheJump 2017 I ove skiing & have defos become an adrenaline junkie as Ive got older Bring on the challenge (sic)."
Although they need plenty of practice before they hit the Austrian slopes next month, Lydia and Vogue are no doubt determined to do better than their exes James ‘Arg’ Argent and Brian McFadden, respectively, did on the show last year.
The reality TV star – who has dated Lydia on and off since they were at school – became a laughing stock last year as he struggled to stand up on his skis and, despite his best efforts, he was eliminated from the show just two weeks in.
However, Vogue will need to work extra hard to outdo her ex as Brian, whom she was married to from 2012 until 2015, was given the boot just before the grand final.
Although they both thrive off adrenaline, Vogue and Lydia are no doubt riddled with nerves as last year’s show was responsible for a number of celebrities experiencing life-changing injuries.
The last series saw gymnast Beth Tweddle break her back, ‘Made in Chelsea’ star Mark-Francis Vandelli fracture his ankle and Rebecca Adlington dislocate her shoulder.
The spike in injuries meant bosses were forced to revisit the risky format and discuss whether it was worth bringing it back for another series at the beginning of next year.
However, after bosses managed to persuade a good amount of stars to take part in the forthcoming series, producers were given the go-ahead to do another installment.
