Ludacris in custody row

Ludacris has accused his former partner of altering pictures of their daughter to make him look like an unfit father.
The 39-year-old star – who has primary custody of two-year-old Cai – faced an investigation from the DFCS (Division of Family and Children Services) after Tamika Fuller claimed she picked the little girl up from daycare in May and noticed "bruises and abrasions" on her face.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Tamika took Cai to hospital for emergency care, and a social worker recommended DFCS got involved, and she alleged the organisation wanted to keep the ‘Furious 7’ star away from the youngster.
However, Ludacris – whose real name is Chris Bridges – filed his own documents in response saying Tamika made up the whole story and even digitally edited images of the alleged injuries before submitting them to court. He also stated DFCS records would back up his version of events.
Tamika says the case has now been squashed, but insists Cai is only back in the ‘Money Maker’ hitmaker’s care because he used his wealth and fame to intimidate DFCS investigators.
Ludacris obtained custody of Cai in January 2001 after a judge ruled he was "the most fit and proper parent" to care for the little girl.
In a statement after the ruling, he said: "After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter."
Sources close to Tamika previously accused the rapper of only proposing to and marrying his longtime girlfriend Eudoxie Mbouguiyengue on the same day in December 2014 in a bid to show the Georgia court presiding over their custody case that he could provide a more stable home environment than her.
An insider also suggested he only wanted custody of Cai so he could avoid paying Tamika $7,000 in child support every month.
The little girl was born while Eudoxie and the ‘2 Fast 2 Furious’ star – who has a 14-month-old daughter with his wife and 15-year-old Karma from a previous relationship – were on a break and sources revealed early last year that she decided to stand by him as she was eager to settle down.
