Love Island’s Zara McDermott stuns political bosses

‘Love Island’ newcomer Zara McDermott told Whitehall bosses she was on a "career break", but didn’t mention appearing on the ITV2 show.
The 21-year-old government advisor has been warned she must be on her best behaviour on the programme, because she could face the sack if she breaks any of the strict rules about expressing views on politics in public.
A government source told The Sun newspaper: "She said she was taking a career break to work on TV but did not give specific details.
"She needs to be very careful because the rules are quite vague about what would be deemed bad behaviour so she could end up getting sacked."
The Department for Education said civil servants on career breaks "must abide by the civil service code".
Zara has previously posted a selfie from 10 Downing Street, boasting that she "makes the laws".
The brunette beauty has worked for MP Damien Hinds for the past eight months and previously worked under Environment Secretary Michael Gove.
The Civil Servant entered the villa on Sunday night (17.06.18) and during her introduction video, she said: "I’m intelligent, which means I’m quite good at reading people. I’m always analysing people.
"I fall in love really quickly, which makes me quite serious. I think that if I like someone, I will go for them 100 per cent.
"That might not be attractive to everyone."
Zara is already making waves in the villa, after receiving an icy reception from the other female contestants.
On last night’s (18.06.18) episode, Zara revealed her plans to target Adam Collard in a bid to couple up with him, and hopes Rosie Williams, who he is currently with, being "intense" will put him off her.
She said: "I feel like Rosie being too intense will put him off … I like Adam,
"I like Adam but Rosie is very territorial. She clearly likes him. I don’t think I’ll give up easily with this one, I think I’ve got this one in my sights and I’m definitely locking in on my target.
"He is so fit, why is he so fit? I know if I go for him and it does work out and we end up coupled up then he could just do the same to me that he’s done to every single girl. It’s a gamble but I think I am in here to take risks."
