‘Love Island’ leads the list of nominees for this year’s National Reality TV Awards.
The winter edition of the hit ITV show and its contestants have received as many as 12 nominations in total, including Best Reality Competition Show, Best Entertainment Show, Best Dating Show and Best Social Experiment Show.
‘Love Island’ stars Siannise Fudge, Sophie Piper and Leanne Amaning have all been nominated for the Best Female Personality gong, while Luke Mabbott and Luke Trotman are up for the Best Male Personality award.
Luke M has also been put forward for the Reality Personality of the Year accolade.
Elsewhere, Laura Whitmore, the show’s host, is among the contenders for the Celebrity Personality of the Year prize.
‘Strictly Come Dancing’ also features prominently on this year’s list of nominees, with the BBC show in contention for Best Reality Competition Show and Best Entertainment Show.
‘Strictly’ stars Bruno Tonioli and Motsi Mabuse are in contention for the Best Reality TV Judge prize, although they’ll face competition from the likes of Rita Ora, Nicole Scherzinger and Olly Murs.
‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ has received five nominations in total across various categories, including Best Reality Competition Show and Best Entertainment Show.
Meanwhile, ‘I’m a Celebrity’ stars Ian Wright and Jacqueline Jossa are competing for the Celebrity Personality of the Year gong.
Jacqueline, 27, is also among the contenders for the Best Female Personality prize.
However, she faces strong competition in that category from the likes of Gemma Collins, Anne Hegerty, Lottie Lion and Amy Childs.
The award winners are set to be announced on September 29.
