Louise Thompson is dating her personal trainer.
The ‘Made in Chelsea’ star only split from her long-term boyfriend Alik Alfus two months ago but isn’t spending her days trying to mend her broken heart as she’s now jumped into a new relationship with fitness guru Ryan William Libbey.
Speaking to new! magazine, she said: "We’ve hung out a bit away from the gym. I was going through a rough time when all the Alik stuff was going on and we went for a few meals and got to know each other.
"It’s important for me to keep my options open at the moment and not get too serious with anyone."
However, the 26-year-old beauty feels she’s completely moved on from her romance with Alik – whom she dated for two years – although she can’t say the same for him.
She explained: "Sadly I’ve moved on quite a lot, and I don’t think Alik feels the same. I’m always the one who’s been dumped and you’re forced to move on, whereas this is harder because I’m the one making the decision. I’m questioning whether I made the right one every day."
But, although she’s adamant she’s moved on, Louise is furious her co-star Stephanie Pratt has been texting Alik – who resides in New York City – behind her back.
She told Closer magazine: "I assumed we were friends, but then Alik claimed she sent him around 30 texts, being like, ‘I just wanted to warn you about Louise.’ It was very odd. I feel sorry for her. She doesn’t have any really close friends."
