Louis Tomlinson: There’s no bitterness with One Direction bandmates

Louis Tomlinson insists there is no "bitterness" between him and his One Direction bandmates.
The ‘Just Hold On’ hitmaker and his former bandmates – Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Niall Horan – are all completely supportive of each other’s solo projects.
He said: "When I was on ‘The X Factor’, it was really nice all the boys came to support me and I think that’s what it’s all about. People love to write what they want to write but there’s no bitterness."
And the 25-year-old singer says the group are enjoying taking their time away from the band but hasn’t ruled out a reunion happening at some point.
Pushed to give a date of when they would be getting back together as a band, he added to Rolling Stone magazine: "No one knows the answer right now. Everyone’s just enjoying a schedule that’s not as relentless and exploring solo projects."
It comes after Niall promised fans a reunion would "definitely" be happening,
He said: "It will definitely happen, of course! As I’ve said many times, we’d be stupid not to. It’s going to be good when it happens … when it happens I don’t know.
"[Being in One Direction] changed our lives, it was the biggest part of our lives."
Niall is busy working on his solo music, whilst Liam Payne – who is expecting a baby with Cheryl – is also working on his solo album whilst Harry has been filming for war drama ‘Dunkirk’ with Tom Hardy and Mark Rylance.
Niall said of his own solo record: "I am taking my time on it. I don’t want to rush it. I said it would be out at the start of the summer but I might push it back now a small bit.
"I don’t really have an idea. I’ll keep writing until it’s there and when it’s there I’ll let everyone know. It’s not going to be all singles."
