Little Mix to embrace ‘inner weirdness’ on new album

Little Mix will embrace their "inner weirdness" on their new album.

The ‘Black Magic’ hitmakers are looking forward to the release of their LP, aptly titled ‘Get Weird’, and insist it will have more of a pop edge to it than the last one.

Perrie Edwards said: "Well, we’re all about embracing our inner weirdness. We think it’s fun to be individual, it’s fun to be out there and crazy and just not care what anybody thinks. That’s what it’s all about."

Teasing details about the new album, Jade Thirlwall added: "It’s a bit more pop, it’s a little more pop I think. It’s a bit cheekier with the lyrics, and it’s a bit more dancey."

And the girl group are looking forward to heading out on the road next year.

Perrie shared: "We love touring, it’s our favourite thing to do ever, so we’re buzzing," whilst Jesy Nelson added: "This tour is going to be absolutely epic. People are not going to know what they’ve just seen."

The girls also revealed that the tour would be a unique experience for all the fans.

They told Capital FM: "We’ve got ideas and concepts and what things we want to do on stage so we’re very excited.

"The idea is that you walk in and you walkout and you say to your mate, ‘I don’t know what I’ve just seen, that was the best thing I’ve ever experienced."
