Liam Payne won’t forget son’s birth

Liam Payne will "never forget" holding his son for the first time.
The 24-year-old singer took to Instagram on Tuesday (26.12.17) to share a photo – which he had previously shared earlier this year – of his feet alongside those of his nine-month-old son Bear, as he kicked off a week of celebrating his "crazy year" by gushing over the birth of the tot.
Liam – who has his son with his girlfriend Cheryl Tweedy – wrote: "2017 has been a crazy year! I’m gonna post a memory every day this week. First has to be my baby boy Bear! Holding him for the first time is a memory I will never forget and watching him grow up is just amazing to see. (sic)"
The ‘Bedroom Floor’ singer also praised the former Girls Aloud singer for for her "incredible" work as Bear’s mother, as he said he couldn’t "thank her enough" for everything she’s done.
He added: "@cherylofficial has been an incredible mother to baby Bear since the day he was born and I can’t thank her enough for that. (sic)"
Liam – who is a member of One Direction – is set to post a new fond memory from his action-packed year on the photo-sharing app each day this week, which will no doubt see him thank his fans for the success of his debut solo single ‘Strip That Down’, which was released in May.
It comes after the star previously claimed fatherhood has "changed him in every single way".
Speaking before Christmas, he said: "It’s changed me in every single way. It’s the first thing you think about in the morning and the last thing you think about at night … It’s his first Christmas. He’s only going to be interested in the wrapping paper, so buy the shiniest one!"
And Liam also revealed he was excited to spend his first Christmas as a father this year.
He said: "It’s going to be amazing. We’ve been arranging getting the stockings and the names on them and all that cute stuff. All my family are coming over. We’ll have a big Christmas dinner."
