Liam Payne and Cheryl Tweedy work out together every day.
The couple – who share five-month-old son Bear – are "quite a fit family" and like to exercise for an hour each day to "diffuse" their energy.
He told The Sun newspaper: "We have started to do workouts together. She has a system she does and it works very well for her. She’s worked very hard for what she’s got and it’s an inspiration for everyone out there.
"She inspires me. I work out all the time – we’re quite a fit family. We’re very energetic so we have to find somewhere to diffuse that energy."
Meanwhile, Liam previously revealed Cheryl is a "natural mother" to their young son.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz, Liam said: "Cheryl’s like superwoman. She’s done so well and is so happy with herself. She’s been working hard and if you do work hard, you get what you want. She had her rest time bonding with Bear at the start. She’s incredible, a natural mom. We take a million pictures of Bear but we want him to be able to decide what he wants to share when he’s older."
Liam recently celebrated his birthday in Mallorca with his family and friends after Cheryl decided to fly them out there.
He added: "We got away for a little holiday. Cheryl flew all my old friends out. And on my birthday, she flew out my parents and I haven’t spent my birthday with them in years so it was great.
"We were in Mallorca and spent time with Bear who is getting so big. He’s like a tiny Michelin man. He’s got some lungs on him, gets that from both of us. We’re both really excited about the future."
