Lena Dunham has got to have a wart removed from her knee.
The ‘Girls’ writer-and-actor has an unsightly growth on her knee and she wants rid of it.
Unfortunately for Lena this is not the first time she has been afflicted with a wart on he knee.
Writing on her Twitter account, she revealed: "This is the second time I’ve had to add ‘remove knee wart’ to my to-do list."
However, Lena – who is in a relationship with Fun. star Jack Antonoff – seemed unfazed by the viral infection and posted a follow-up message in which she assured fans that having a wart does not mean she is unattractive.
She added: "But I’m sexy and fun. I have a man and a plan! (And a knee wart.) (sic)"
The 28-year-old star – who is known for her quirky sense of humour – is currently filming season four of the acclaimed HBO comedy drama ‘Girls’ which is set to air in early 2015.
This is not the first time Lena – who has said that the programme is loosely based on her life and friends – has been connected to warts as her character Hannah Horvath was diagnosed with the HPV virus in the first season of her show.
