Lauren Pope is single again.
The former ‘The Only Way is Essex’ star struck up a relationship with someone new earlier this year but it seems distance didn’t make the heart grow fonder in this situation as the blonde beauty – who resides in Devon – decided to call time on their romance recently because she couldn’t deal with him living in Essex and her in the West Country.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I’m not with him anymore. I’m single again. That’s probably why I’m going out all the time. He was really really nice but you just know when the chemistry isn’t there anymore and I just knew the chemistry wasn’t there anymore. He lived in Essex and I live in Devon. It’s so hard for me to have relationships with anyone who lives up that way."
But the 34-year-old beauty doesn’t think it’ll be long before she bags herself a new man as she’s hoping things will open up for her once she relocates to London next year.
She explained: "I won’t be down here forever, I will be back next year. But at the moment, I think you’ve got to be quite selfish in life and with work being stressful enough as it is, I don’t want to have that guilt of having to see people that you can’t and then feeling bad about it. So I just felt it was better to end it on good terms. We’re OK, we’re still friendly. I think people kind of over exaggerated it anyway, he wasn’t my boyfriend, we were only seeing each other. I’m a very laid back person so if it works, it works and if it doesn’t, it doesn’t."
