Laura Prepon wants a "really small wedding".
The ‘Orange is the New Black’ actress got engaged to actor Ben Foster, 36, last year after just a few months of dating, but they are already starting to plan their nuptials and doing their best not to get into arguments over the guest list.
She said: "We want a really small wedding but we have a lot of people that we love and care about.
"It’s weird, [but] apparently doing the list for your wedding is a whole thing that could cause some issues.
"[The ‘Orange is the New Black’] cast alone is like 50 people."
But the 36-year-old star admitted their respective work commitments are making it difficult to set a date.
She told E! News: "He’s going off to do two movies. I just wrapped last week. It’s just, you know, scheduling. It’s a lot."
However, Laura couldn’t be happier with the ‘Hell or High Water’ actor.
She gushed: "I’m happy. It’s amazing. He’s the love of my life."
One person who will be hoping for an invitation to the wedding is the couple’s mutual friend Ashton Kutcher.
When their engagement was revealed after Laura sported her ring at the ‘Girl on the Train’ premiere last October, the ‘Two and a Half Men’ actor admitted he wasn’t happy they hadn’t told him their happy news directly.
He said: "She just announced this engagement, and I had to find out in the news! And she’s my friend! And it’s not just a random engagement. It’s an engagement to another friend of mine! So I’m double upset that neither of them told me! I got off the plane in New York like, ‘What?’"
And the 38-year-old star – who has kids Wyatt, two, and Dimitri, three months, with wife Mila Kunis – admitted it was even more of a shock as Laura had been so surprised to learn of his relationship with their former ‘That 70s Show’ co-star.
He added: "When Mila and I got engaged, she was like, ‘What? This is crazy! You guys, it was like 20 years ago. You were friends and no one saw this coming, and now you’re engaged and I have to find out this way’. They were friends 20 years ago! They’re all my friends, and everybody’s hooking up, and it’s weird!"
