Kym Marsh thinks dead son visited her

Kym Marsh has claimed the ghost of her late son was jumping in her daughter’s bedroom on the seventh anniversary of his death.
The ‘Coronation Street’ star believes the spirit of Archie – who was born 18 weeks premature seven years ago and died moments after his birth – paid a visit to her in February this year after she heard banging noises coming from five-year-old Polly’s room.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’ on Monday (15.08.16), Kym explained: "Every February, on the anniversary, we light candles and send balloons. This year, we were eating dinner and we could hear jumping coming from Polly’s bedroom.
"We went up and she was asleep. We came back down and we heard the jumping again, but she was definitely asleep.
"My son David said, ‘Mum! Look!’ and the chandelier was shaking like someone was jumping above it.
"Then we could hear a child crying and I went upstairs and Polly was still asleep. It was not Polly. David’s eyes were on stalks.
"Then we realised it was exactly Archie’s birth minute and there was no other possible explanation for it."
And, although she was spooked by the cries, the 40-year-old actress has admitted she got some kind of "comfort" from it.
She said: "It was a bit weird but I felt comfort from it. I thought, this is Archie coming to say hello and that he’s OK."
Kym was left heartbroken in February 2009 when she and her then-husband Jamie Lomas – the father of Archie and Polly – lost her third child but she believes he’s the reason she has Polly.
She said this year: "While I’ll never get over losing him, now I find comfort in thinking that Archie gave me Polly – if I hadn’t lost him, the doctors wouldn’t have monitored me as closely when I was pregnant with Polly, which means I could have lost her."
Kym also has grown-up children David, 20, and Emilie, 18, from her previous relationship with Dave Cunliffe.
