Kit Harrington wants a role in ‘Zoolander 2’.
The ‘Games of Thrones’ hunk would jump at the chance to star in the fashion spoof sequel, in which Ben Stiller plays dimwitted male model Derek Zoolander.
The 28-year-old actor exclusively told the MailOnline website: "I’ve got a comedy out this summer called ‘7 Days In Hell’ with Andy Samberg, which is coming out in July, but I really want to do more of that."
When asked if he would like to be in the highly anticipated sequel, Kit replied: "Of course I would, I’m putting it out there, yeah. I’d like to play a character in ‘Zoolander 2’, I don’t want to play myself."
Although he wants to take on more comic roles, Kit insists he’s not interested in appearing in romantic comedies.
He said: "I’m not really a rom-com person, I really like farcical comedy like ‘Toast of London’ or Will Ferrell-style, really stupid s**t."
‘Zoolander 2’ stars Stiller, Owen Wilson, Christine Taylor and Will Ferrell and will also feature cameo appearances from Naomi Campbell, Cara Delevingne, Jourdan Dunn and Kanye West among others.
