Kimberly Wyatt’s husband is "delighted" to have got her pregnant.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer and spouse Max Rogers are expecting their first child together and the model has joked he is mainly pleased to have proven there is nothing wrong with his fertility.
He tweeted: "Kim and i are delighted to be able to share the news that we are having a baby!
"From a personal point of view, i like most men in this wonderful situation, am just delighted that it works. Xx (sic)"
Max went on to praise his "amazing" wife – who he married in February after two years together – for how well she is coping with pregnancy.
He added: "and my wife is embracing and breezing her way through the process so far… She is amazing. X (sic)"
The 33-year-old singer – who was born in the US but lives in the UK with her spouse – has also tweeted her own excitement about being a parent.
She wrote: "I’m so excited to be a Mom! ….or Mum. Hehe! (sic)"
Meanwhile, Kimberly’s friend and former bandmate Ashley Roberts has sent her congratulations on the couple’s happy news.
She wrote on Twitter: "Eek! So excited for my beautiful friends announcement on their first baby!! Love you guys!! #AuntAsh."
