Kimberly Wyatt recently made a trip to Ghana, Africa to see how money raised for Red Nose Day is changing lives.
The former Pussycat Doll singer – who can be seen with children benefiting from the work of the Sabre Trust – said of the experience: "This was truly a life changing experience."
Red Nose Day 2015 raised over £95 million.
