Kim Kardashian West: ‘Being a mother is beyond what I imagined’

Kim Kardashian West says being a mother is better than she ever imagined.
The 35-year-old reality TV star has daughter North, who will turn three on Wednesday (15.06.16) and son Saint, six months, with husband Kanye West and Kim couldn’t be happier.
When asked by a fan on Twitter if parenthood was what she thought it would be, Kim replied: "Beyond what I imagined in the best way possible."
Kim previously admitted she was worried when she found out she was pregnant with North, because she was still going through a divorce from her second husband Kris Humphries and her relationship with Kanye was still quite new.
She said: "[Motherhood] really changes you. When I found out I was pregnant, I was going through an awful divorce, Kanye and I had just been dating for seven months – granted, we knew each other for a decade– and I was like, ‘I can’t do this. It’s not the right time.’ But then I figured, If I’m in my thirties and I’m not ready, I’ll never be ready. So it’s been the biggest lesson, and the biggest joy of my life."
While getting pregnant with North was a surprise, Kim struggled to conceive a second time and opened up about her issues in order to help other people.
She said: "I didn’t know that I was going to be so open with [my fertility challenges] But meeting people at my fertility doctor’s office who are going through the same things I’m going through, I thought, ‘Why not share my story?’ It’s been really emotional. One doctor told me I would need my uterus removed after I had another baby – I could only have one more."
Meanwhile, Kim also revealed she is planning a number of trips this year, including a vacation in Dubai for her birthday in October.
She tweeted: "Planning out my travels for the rest of the year and I think see a birthday trip to Dubai!"
And when asked about a possible return to Australia, she replied: "I think I saw some Australia tour dates floating around so if it’s all still the same, this year for sure! (sic)."
