Khloe Kardashian branching out

Khloe Kardashian prefers interviewing strangers than her family.

The 31-year-old star has had sisters Kylie and Kendall Jenner on her new chat show ‘Kocktails With Khloe’ but admitted she thinks she is a better host when interviewing people she doesn’t know.

She said: "I operate better when the guests are strangers and not a part of my family. With new people I’m not as relaxed and it’s a tighter ship and I get the show going a little better.

"I thought it would be the other way around, and that’s why I wanted my family on in the earlier episodes, while I got comfortable. I didn’t have my family on in the episodes that haven’t aired yet, and they’re just fantastic. It’s nothing against my family, I’m just so comfortable that I kind of let them do their thing and I don’t really take control as much, which is so interesting to me."

Although she prefers not to interview them, Khloe insisted she loves working with her family but is enjoying branching out on her own.

She explained to Forbes.com: "I’m so close with all of my sisters and my family, and we’ve always taken comfort in working together as a group. We’re very strong believers in the idea that everyone can get to the finish line. We think that two hands are better than one and three are better than two. But, with that being said, I think there are also niches for each one of my sisters where we have our strong points."
