Kesha: Dr. Luke lawsuit is horrible

Kesha says her lawsuit with Dr. Luke is "horrible."
The ‘Tik Tok’ hitmaker is currently embroiled in a battle with the record producer’s label Kemosabe, after accusing him of sexual abuse, and she admitted it is an awful situation full of "hurt" and "pain".
She said: "I feel like if you’re a human being, you go through pain. And you go through hurt. And every single one of us knows that emotion.
"I don’t know if you guys know what I am going through; I’m going through a lawsuit. It’s f**king horrible."
The 29-year-old singer also spoke up about gun control in the US and insisted people need to start taking responsibility over who is allowed to possess a weapon in America.
Speaking at a rally for gun control at the Democratic National Convention 2016 in Philadelphia on Tuesday (26.07.16), she said: "We as a nation, we can’t control who feels hurt. We can’t control who feels pain. And we can’t control what you do with the hurt and the pain and the anger.
"You can’t control every single person and know how they’re gonna deal with things and know if they’re going to pick up a weapon – you don’t know that.
"But what we can control is who we give the f**king weapons to.
"I think the universe is screaming at us that there needs to be a change and we have to f**king listen. I do think love is something, as humans, we all have and I hope heals us. I really believe that love and empathy, it can heal us."
Kesha is fighting to be released from her contract over allegations she was sexually assaulted by Dr. Luke, although he denies the claims.
An appeal, which she launched against a court decision that she must remain in her contract with the record company, was declined earlier this year.
