Keanu Reeves came face-to-face with an intruder in his home on Monday (15.09.14).
The ‘Matrix’ actor was reportedly woken at around 4am by sounds coming from the library in his Hollywood Hills home, so went to investigate, website TMZ reports.
When he went into the room, he saw a woman in her mid-40s quietly sitting in a chair so calmly approached and began speaking to her.
The woman explained she had come to meet the 50-year-old hunk, and he called emergency services.
Police then arrived and took the woman into custody, where she was sent for psychiatric evaluation.
The incident comes just a few months after Keanu’s ‘Speed’ co-star Sandra Bullock came face-to-face with an intruder in her home.
The ‘Gravity’ actress raised the alarm upon discovering superfan Joshua Corbett going through her personal items, after she found him in her hallway at 1am after getting up to close and lock her bedroom door when she heard a loud banging noise.
Sandra slammed and locked her door shut and called police, who she told she had showered before going to bed so she was unsure how long he had been in the Los Angeles property.
