Kate Humble wants to create Nude Watch

Kate Humble wants to present a show called ‘Nude Watch’.
The 48-year-old television presenter currently fronts nature programme ‘Springwatch’, and has admitted she’d love to tackle a similar show about nudity as she has no qualms with stripping her kit off and believes the British public are "obsessed" in a "weird, unhealthy way" with seeing bare skin.
She told The Sun newspaper: "I’ve stripped off loads of times on camera when there are reasons for it. I don’t know why we haven’t done ‘Nude Watch’ yet. We have a shack in France by a lake and I hardly ever wear clothes when we’re there and I swim naked."
It isn’t the first time the blonde beauty – who is married to TV producer Ludo Graham – has spoken about her love of naturism either, as she previously said it was her "eccentric, barking-mad way" of feeling closer to nature.
She said: "There’s something joyous about it. My husband and I danced naked in the desert in Jordan once. If you can’t get your kicks in that innocent, joyful way, then the world is not a good place."
And although Kate might not get the chance to front the show of her dreams, it was reported in April that the ‘Countryfile’ presenter is due to host a new quiz show set to test celebrities’ knowledge of the animal kingdom.
The BBC Two series, entitled ‘Curious Creatures’, will reportedly see two panels of celebrities put their knowledge to the test in a format that is set to emulate the popular sporting quiz show ‘A Question of Sport’.
A TV insider said at the time: "Everyone loves panel shows and as a nation of animal lovers, BBC producers think this new series will be a real hit.
"’Countryfile’ has always been one of the channel’s most-viewed programmes. Producers are hoping that with Kate Humble on board as host of ‘Curious Creatures’, she will be able to replicate that success. As well as targeting ‘Countryfile’ viewers, they’re also hoping this new commission will help to make young people more engaged with nature and wildlife.
"It’s going to feature games and celebrity guests each week as the experts are tested on their knowledge of wildlife. It’s sure to be a great laugh as well as enlightening and informative."
