Kanye West regrets Wiz Khalifa remarks

Kanye West feels "deeply, deeply, deeply" apologetic about bringing Wiz Khalifa’s son into his feud with the rapper.
The ‘Bound 2’ hitmaker became embroiled in a Twitter spat in January after the 38-year-old star mistakenly thought Wiz – who has three-year-old son Sebastian with estranged wife Amber Rose – had dissed his spouse Kim Kardashian and every day since their row, Kanye has regretted referring to his rival’s little boy in their explosive exchange.
Kanye – who has children North, two, and Saint, four months, with Kim – said: "I really want to stress the amount of respect that I have for parents.
"There is no concept of anyone beating up on someone else’s child or that type of concept. So every day I feel more deeply, deeply, deeply apologetic about that concept, because I only want to put out positive, positive, positive concepts."
During the row – which came at a time when Kanye planned to call his ‘Life of Pablo’ album ‘Waves’ – the ‘All Day’ rapper blasted: "You wouldn’t have a child if it wasn’t for me… You own waves???? I own your child!!!! (sic)"
And Kanye also slammed Amber – who he dated from 2008 to 2010 – as a "stripper" who had "trapped" Wiz by getting pregnant.
But looking back at his remarks now, the ‘Stronger’ hitmaker admits he may have gone too far.
Speaking on ‘The Steve Harvey Morning Show’, he said: You know how you would feel if someone was talking about your wife?
"Did I take it too far? You know what? I’m from 79th Street Chicago. I can’t say that if someone says ‘F you,’ I can’t say I’m not gonna say the exact same thing back."
The ‘Gold Digger’ rapper initially lashed out at Wiz after he criticised his proposed title ‘Waves’, and then wrote: "Hit this kk and become yourself (sic)"
Kanye assumed "kk" referred to his wife, but the ‘Black and Yellow’ star later insisted he was referring to a strain of marijuana.
Following a Twitter rant, the Yeezy designer later apologised for his remarks and removed the posts.
He wrote: "Ima take these down cause it’s all about positive energy blessings blessings positive energy blessings (sic).
"I’m happy that I now know that KK means weed… please excuse the confusion … now back to #WAVES (sic)"
Wiz, 28, recently insisted there is no lingering tension between him and Kanye.
Talking about his subsequent phone conversation with Kanye, Wiz said: "I keep s**t brief. But for him, it’s no animosity, so it ain’t even no thing.
"I have nothing to apologise for."
