Joss Stone was her sisters back-up singer

Joss Stone used to be her sisters back-up singer.
The 29-year-old singer has admitted her older sister Lucy, was the sibling destined for a career in music, and it was Joss who was on "backing vocals", however the tables have turned and the blonde beauty has revealed despite years of experience she still gets nervous prior to gracing the stage.
Speaking to The Guardian online about her career, which began at an early age, the ‘You Had Me’ hitmaker said: "When I was young, my older sister Lucy was the singer. We’d put on little shows and she’d be up front, with me on backing vocals. She’s a barrister now, and a brilliant performer – it’s mesmerising to watch her talk."
However, Joss soon took to the fore to showcase her talent, although she forced guests to avoid looking at her during the performance in an attempt to combat her nerves.
She explained: "When I was 10, I was asked to sing ‘Amazing Grace’ at a family friend’s wedding. I was so scared that I made all 200 guests turn their chairs around so they weren’t looking at me.
"I still get nervous today. Some people say that gives you an extra edge … It just makes me forget my words and wobble my notes."
The Dover-born powerhouse has likened her mother, Wendy Stoker, to the Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner, 60, because she managed the songstress and kept her "grounded" at a young age.
She said: "Mum was my manager when I first got a record contract at 15, but not in a Kardashian ‘momager’ kind of way.
"Her biggest concern was that I didn’t get too tired.
"I’ve never been comfortable with the weird nature of celebrity, but she and Dad kept me grounded."
