Jonas Blue wants to be X Factor judge

Jonas Blue thinks he should be a judge on ‘The X Factor’.
The DJ – whose real name is Guy Robin – is keen to bring some new energy to the panel, because he believes the programme needs revamping by adding someone who is "at the height of their career".
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, the ‘Mama’ hitmaker said: "I’d love to get involved. I think it’s a great show.
"I watch it but I feel as though it does need a current judge on it.
"Someone who is in the music business right now at the height of their career. I think that’s important."
Jonas is currently on track to achieve another top 10 song with his new summer track ‘Rise’, and thinks he could have what it takes to help the contestants make genuine hits.
He said: "I think I can pass on what I know about making current hits to the acts and to Mr Cowell.
"And it would be nice to make a few quid from the winner’s single."
The record producer already has links to Simon Cowell’s label Syco, and is currently executively producing ‘X Factor’ contestants Four of Diamonds’ debut album.
He said: "I’ve been working hard with the girls on their album – it’s all separate to what I’m doing now with my record – it’s been a lot of fun.
"I think it’s time for a new girl group to come through. It’s been a bit quiet apart from Little Mix, so the time is right."
The songwriter recently confirmed he has a track with another ‘X Factor’ star, 2015 winner Louisa Johnson, on his next album.
He said: "Louisa is on one of the tracks on my album, she was so amazing, her voice just blew me away.
"We were in the studio together, that’s how the majority of the album was done with the guest vocalists coming into my studio."
