Jimmy Cregan promoting business through song

Jimmy Cregan wants to show the south coast is a "haven for bada*s business" with his new hip-hop track.

The Jimmy’s Iced Coffee founder has created a rap song, ‘Keep Your Chin Up’, which is inspired by Bournemouth, the place he has launched his business, and also stresses his desire to spread positive energy across the world.

And Jimmy had a great time filming the video for the track.

He said: "We wanted to show everyone across the planet that the UK, especially the South is a haven for badass business and what better way to throw that message out there than creating a sick hip hop track.

"Not only does it big up the south coast, it shows that we’re an iced coffee company doing great stuff and that I can prove that I look like a complete idiot in a bandana."

Jimmy is so confident about the excitement his home region brings, he has even invited one of his fellow rappers to enjoy the delights.

He added to BANG Showbiz: "I would love to take Snoop Dogg for a sticky-icky-mister-whippy on Boscombe pier. Bring it!"

Jimmy felt recording the track and making the video would be much more fun than filming an advert for his company.

He said: "It was once said with great power, comes great responsibility. To this end, we are all about having a good time, all the time, so rather than pump our money into a TV ad, we wanted to pop a cap this summer with our own video to stay true to our hood. And true to form, me and the KYCU crew had a mother iced great time making this. We hope you enjoy!"

Jimmy’s Iced Coffee is known for its three deliciously smooth and refreshing flavours: Original, Skinny and Mocha.
