Jessie Ware gives birth to baby girl

Jessie Ware has given birth to her first child.
The ‘Champagne Kisses’ singer – who got married to her childhood sweetheart Sam Burrows on the Greek island of Skopelos in 2014 – welcomed a baby girl into the world on Monday (05.09.16).
The 31-year-old beauty announced the special news on social media and thanked her Midwife Emilio for his support, while also praising the UK’s National Health Service.
Taking to Twitter to share her baby joy, she wrote: "We had a beautiful girl on Monday. Just want to give a huge love to our midwife, Emilio at UCLH for helping us through it! Love the NHS x (sic)"
The brunette beauty is yet to reveal her newborn’s name.
Jessie announced she was expecting a baby in April, but assured her fans that just because she was pregnant that doesn’t mean she hasn’t been working on her follow-up to 2014’s ‘Tough Love’ LP.
At the time, she wrote: "This doesn’t mean I’ve stopped working on the record. You will have new music asap X (sic)"
Jessie has long wanted to start a family but put her plans on hold to complete her record and finish her tour in 2014.
Of her desire to become a mother, Jessie said at the time: "We’re just working out the best time to pop one [a baby] out!"
As for her LP, Jessie previously admitted it would be "dull" if she penned songs about her relationship with Sam, who she first met as a kid at a co-educational independent school in Dulwich.
She said: "A lot of the songs are fantasy and embellished thoughts where I’m telling a story.
‘I absolutely think that if I wrote a full album about our relationship it would be so dull because we don’t fight and are easy going!"
