Jesse Metcalfe sets wedding date

Jesse Metcalfe won’t get married until late 2018.
The ‘Desperate Housewives’ star has revealed he and Cara Santana won’t be tying the knot for another two years but says they are already working on securing a venue.
He said: "We kind of set the date of September 2018. We’re locking down a venue right now. It’s gonna be on the East Coast, and that’s all I can tell you!"
And the 37-year-old actor is looking forward to picking the music for the big day but says Cara will handle the rest of the planning.
He added: "I feel strongly about the music and I think we both agree and feel strongly that we just want to create an environment and throw a great party that everyone enjoys. We kind of want to do this for our family and friends, for our loved ones. Although it’s our big day, we want it to be a day that they’re going to remember, too.
"She kinda runs everything by me, so if something jumps out at me and I’m like, ‘No! I definitely don’t want that,’ then I kinda get to put my two cents in. But for the most part, it’s her party."
Jesse is still in the process of picking his groomsmen and admits the decision is a bit "intense".
He told Entertainment Tonight: "I’ve been giving it a lot of thought. It’s intense, definitely. I’ve got a lot of friends, but I don’t really have a lot of good friends. I think I’m only going to have a few groomsmen."
Jesse and Cara announced their engagement in August after he proposed to her on a boat in the middle of the Hudson River in New York.
He said at the time: "It’s been a long time coming, but we couldn’t be happier."
