Jeremy Clarkson gatecrashed Danny Dyer’s wedding

Jeremy Clarkson accidentally gatecrashed Danny Dyer’s wedding in Hampshire over the weekend.
The 56-year-old presenter was hoping for a quiet break away at the five-star Chewton Glen hotel and spa following a hectic few months filming his new show ‘Grand Tour’ but was left gobsmacked when hundreds of guests rocked up to the luxury establishment to watch the ‘EastEnders’ star tie the knot with his childhood sweetheart Joanne Mas.
A source told The Sun Online: "Jeremy couldn’t believe it.
"He was laughing to the guests how he had tried to go away for a quiet weekend and ended up walking onto the set of ‘EastEnders’. He said congratulations to Danny and Jo and then made himself scarce."
Despite the beautiful venue, the couple’s wedding was almost a washout as hours of torrential rain lashed down and their outdoor drinks reception was cancelled.
The guests – which included 30 of Danny’s cast mates and family and friends – were also banned from using the fairground the newlyweds had arranged due to the weather.
The insider said: "It was exactly what you would imagine a Danny Dyer wedding to be.
"It was raucous, boozy and brilliant fun. The guests had a great time despite the horrendous weather.
"Danny and Jo were gutted that no one could use the fairground but a few hours later it was all forgotten."
However, the rain cleared up just in time for the couple’s fireworks display at around 10:30pm on the hotel’s lawn.
A source explained: "Guests kept going until silly o’clock in the morning. They’ve been looking forward to seeing Danny and Jo tie the knot for more than a decade, they weren’t going to miss the opportunity to get on it."
The couple, both 39 – who have children Dani, 20, Sunny, nine and Arty, two – have been together since they were 15 and, although Danny has proposed numerous times over the years, they finally set the wedding ball rolling last year when Jo got down on one knee herself.
