Jennifer Lopez is still "great friends" with Casper Smart.
The ‘Booty’ hitmaker, who split from the choreographer earlier this year after two-and-a-half years together, was spotted having dinner with him at La Conversation in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, on Monday night (06.10.14).
But a source close to the 45-year-old beauty told E! News their reunion was strictly platonic and they arrived at the eatery separately.
The insider added: "They remain great friends."
The ‘On The Floor’ hitmaker, who has six-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony, announced her split from Casper, 27, in June.
She has since been linked to former ‘Dancing with the Stars’ performer Maksim Chmerkovskiy, 34, but recently insisted she is still single.
Asked if she is ready to be in a relationship again, she said: "I’m just being on my own. I feel like I need that right now.
"I’ve been in relationships kind of back to back my whole life and I just needed time."
She added: "I need time to just chill and just know me and enjoy my kids and actually make time for other friends instead of just the relationship thing."
