Jennifer Lopez sliced her knee open at the iHeartRadio Ultimate Pool Party in Miami last weekend.
The 44-year-old singer got a little carried away with her dance moves during her performance of her 2001 hit ‘I’m Real’ at the two-day festival as she ended up needing stitches in her leg after scraping it across the stage.
The brunette beauty didn’t seem fazed by the unfortunate accident at the time, but later took to her Instagram account to share a gruesome picture of her injury.
She accompanied it with the caption: "#imfine #anotherdayattheoffice #butterflystitch #stilldoingthekneedroptomorrownight #showbusiness #theresnocryinginbaseball #lol #jloaka (sic)."
The ‘On The Floor’ hitmaker shared another snap just a few hours later of someone seeing to her knee backstage as blood seeped through her fishnet tights, but she assured fans she was "fine".
Meanwhile, Jennifer – who recently ended her two-and-a-half year relationship with boyfriend Casper Smart – took her mother Guadalupe Rodriguez and her six-year-old twins Max and Emme, who she has with her third ex-husband Marc Anthony, along to the event for support.
A source said at the time: "Max and Emme enjoyed the pool and had a great time … Her mum enjoyed her show and danced to all of her music."
