Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez keep it "simple" with their date nights.
The 42-year-old baseball player has revealed he and the ‘On The Floor’ hitmaker keeps their nights together casual and regularly have their children join them as well.
He shared: "We just like to keep it simple – anything with the kids, a movie, chocolate chip cookies."
And Alex – who has two daughters, Natasha, 13, and Ella, nine, with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis – quipped that Jennifer is "everyone’s boss around here".
He added: "You know she’s great, she’s fun and, like we say, she’s like everyone’s boss around here."
And with Valentine’s Day coming up, the sportsman revealed he has big plans for Jennifer, who has nine-year-old twins Max and Emme with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.
Keeping coy about his big plans for the day of romance, he told Entertainment Tonight: "I started a while ago but I’m not going to share that secret with you – but it’s going to be good!"
Meanwhile, Jennifer previously gushed about how "special" her relationship with Alex is.
She shared: "He’s so supportive. I mean, he was at rehearsal with me last night till 1am and after he had worked his whole day, I work my whole day, then we go to rehearsal and he’s like, ‘What time will you be done?’ I said, ‘I don’t know.’ He goes, ‘Alright, I’ll just come over there and I’ll do some work and we’ll go home together.’ That’s the kind of support, like in this business, it’s just a different kind of business, you know, and so, to have someone who understands it and wants to be there and you want to be there for them, it’s a very special thing."
