Jason Manford wears fart-control pants.
The 38-year-old comedian – who has been married to his second wife, Lucy Dyke, since 2017 – jokingly revealed he wears odour-control pants so that no-one can smell his farts.
Jason – who has previously spoken about his smelly antics – said, according to the Daily Star newspaper: "The pants come in really handy. My kids actually bought me a pair for Christmas. They work well."
The comedy star discussed his farts on Facebook back in 2012.
In a post on the social networking platform, he wrote: "Who thinks farts are NOT funny? If so please say so here so I can delete you from my Facebook page, you are no longer welcome! (sic)"
Meanwhile, Jason was recently offered a job at Iceland after he was rejected by Tesco.
The comedian was handed the opportunity to work at the supermarket – and raise money for the National Health Service in the process – after Jason jokingly claimed he was "livid" at seeing his job application rejected by Tesco.
In response to the stand-up star’s tongue-in-cheek tweet, Iceland replied: "Our door is always open for you @JasonManford Help us out for the day and we’ll make a donation to the NHS in your name.#everylittlehelps (sic)"
Prior to that, Jason revealed he offered to work at the supermarket chain for just £8 an hour – but he was rejected by recruiters via email, leaving the TV star to say he was just "trying to do [his] bit" amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The comedian joked on Twitter: "Absolutely livid @Tesco . I was only trying to do my bit [laughing emoji] I hope the better person got and enjoys the job, I’ll be watching [eyes emoji] (sic)"
