Jamie-Lynn Sigler is "deeply saddened" following the sudden death of her older brother.
The 33-year-old actress, who has 14-month-old son Beau with fiancé Cutter Dykstra, has paid tribute to her late sibling, Adam Sigler, who passed away on Wednesday (12.11.14) after suffering a brain hemorrhage.
In a statement today (14.11.14), the former ‘The Sopranos’ star said: "Words cannot express how deeply saddened we are by the sudden loss of Adam Sigler. He brought love and joy to everyone around him, especially his family, who were by his side when he passed. Adam will continue to be a source of strength and inspiration. We ask that the family’s privacy be respected during this time."
An insider also told UsMagazine.com that Adam’s "family was with him every second" in the hours leading up to his death, during which he was in a coma.
The source added: "Adam was always so happy and inspired Jamie to be a better person every day. She loved him dearly and will miss him more than anyone can ever imagine.
"He was such a funny, amazing man. He was an incredible uncle who was loved by all his friends and family. He will be greatly missed."
Adam is also survived by his fiancée Danielle Piro.
