James ‘Lockie’ Lock has branded Sam Faiers "underhanded".
The 27-year-old reality star doesn’t understand why his former ‘Only Way is Essex’ castmate has followed in the footsteps of Lucy Mecklenburgh in launching her own fitness and lifestyle website and thinks she was "out of order" to do so.
He blasted: "To be honest, I thought it was a pretty underhanded move from Sam. Fitness was always Lucy’s thing and Sam jumped on the bandwagon – it was out of order."
And James’ girlfriend, Danielle Armstrong, has predicted an added dimension to the rivalry because she doesn’t think Ferne McCann will be able to resist "copying" Sam.
She said: "Ferne McCann will probably do it next, she likes to copy Sam.
"Unfortunately, in our industry, most girls will either go into fashion or weight loss, but I can understand why Lucy might be upset."
Meanwhile, the 26-year-old blonde admits she doesn’t understand why Lydia Bright has a problem with her.
She told OK! magazine: "We’re still not talking. It was the most random row ever, really.
"I haven’t got a problem with her. I never have.
"Apparently, I’m just a negative person for her to be around. I think it was a pretty lame excuse, to be honest.
"I’ve always thought Lydia sort of looked down on me and James. We’re both quite loud."
