James Bay to play intimate gig at London’s 100 Club as part of BRITs Week 2025

James Bay has announced an intimate concert at London’s legendary 100 Club as part of BRITs Week 2025.

The ‘Hold Back The River’ hitmaker will play the 350-capacity venue on March 5, with all proceeds going to War Child – the charity for children affected by conflict.

What’s more, fans can enter a prize draw to attend the 34-year-old singer-songwriter’s soundcheck.

BRIT Award-winer James announced on Instagram: “It’s an honour to announce I’m playing a very special intimate gig at @100clublondon on March 5th as part of BRITs Week 2025 for @warchilduk!

“Join us to raise money for children affected by conflict, at a time when more children than ever need War Child’s support. Right now, is the most dangerous time to be a child, with almost 1 in 5 children living through or fleeing from war. But there is hope. War Child is working to put the pieces back together.”

Tickets go on general sale on Friday (21.02.25) at 10am GMT via britsweekwarchild.co.uk, as part of a prize draw, requiring a £5 donation to War Child.

Fans can also submit their details via warchild.tfaforms.net/165 before 3pm on Wednesday (19.02.25) to receive the James Bay presale link via email.

Other acts confirmed for BRITs Week this year include Kasabian, Soft Play, Nova Twins, Joy Crookes and Clean Bandit.

The BRITs Week series – which launched in 2009 – has raised more than £7.4million for the charity to date.

War Child said: “Right now, it’s the deadliest time to be a child. It is estimated that one in five children are currently living in or fleeing from conflict.

“But there is hope. With your support, War Child can help children put the pieces back together. By experiencing the thrill and excitement of the intimate, one-off performances, you will be directly contributing to helping these children rebuild their lives.”

The BRIT Awards with Mastercard take place on March 1 at London’s The O2 arena.
