James Arthur will be guest performer on The X Factor: Celebrity

James Arthur is to perform on ‘The X Factor: Celebrity’.
The ‘Quite Miss Home’ singer will to the stage at his "second home" as the first guest performer of the celebrity series, after winning the original competition back in 2012.
ITV have confirmed the news, with an Instagram post that read: "The #XFactor stage is a second home for @JamesArthur23! Rumour has it he’s quite missing it… Catch him on Saturday night, we’re so excited to have him back! #XFactorCelebrity (sic)"
James also expressed his excitement on Twitter, writing: "Excited to say I’ll be making a return to @TheXFactor on Saturday night to perform ‘Quite Miss Home’. Tune in at 8.30 on @ITV (sic)"
The 31-year-old singer will take the stage on Saturday night (02.11.19) whilst the contestants nervously wait to find out who will be going home.
Last week, Love Actually’s Olivia Olson was eliminated, with journalist Martin Bashir saved.
However, Martin later admitted should have been axed from the ITV show instead of Olivia.
The 56-year-old claimed: "What a beautiful person Olivia is, with an incredible voice.
"She should have stayed in, I shouldn’t have got through.
"To be perfectly honest I didn’t think I’d get through Simon Cowell’s house. I would have been very happy to have finished there."
Simon admitted he saved Martin because he believed the viewers would prefer to see him continue with his newfound passion for singing.
During the auditions, Martin revealed part of the reason for him taking part in the show was that he wanted to take on a challenge, after his younger brother Tommy died in 1991 aged 29 after a lifelong struggle against the muscle disease muscular dystrophy.
He said: "The real reason why I’m here is that I am one of five children and my precious brother Tommy was born with muscular dystrophy.
"When you grow up with a child and you fight over toys and you’re aged four and he never fights back and then by the time he is 13 he can’t feed himself, you feel that you have no excuse for turning down opportunities.
"Every time I have faced a challenge, I have heard him whispering, saying, ‘What excuse do you have? You have no excuse, you have never sung but someone has come to you and said give it a shot,’ and that is my motivation."
