Jake Hall won’t appear in the next series of ‘The Only Way is Essex’.
The 25-year-old hunk has revealed he won’t feature in the summer special of the reality TV show despite being spotted mingling with his co-stars in Mallorca, Spain, because he wants to take time out to fully recover after he was brutally stabbed during a night out in May.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at Wireless Festival, held at Finsbury Park, north London, over the weekend, he said: "I wasn’t filming in Mallorca so I won’t be in the next series of ‘TOWIE’."
The handsome star was left fighting for his life six weeks ago when he was slashed with a glass bottle in the back while holidaying in the sunny destination of Marbella and, although he’s still taking things slowly, he’s feeling "much better" and is looking forward to getting back into work.
He explained: "I’m feeling much better after the stabbing. I didn’t know who stabbed me. It was just a random attack. I had to stay in Spain for ages because I wasn’t allowed to fly home."
Jake’s on/off girlfriend Chloe Lewis flew to his bedside after the horrific incident, sparking rumours they’d rekindled their romance, but he’s adamant they are not back together.
Meanwhile, the bronzed hunk is currently focusing on his clothing line Prévu London and has teased he’s got more exciting products in the pipeline.
