Jade Jones eliminated from The Jump

Jade Jones has been eliminated from ‘The Jump’.
The Olympic medallist is the latest star to depart the winter sports competition after failing to match the final jumps registered by Spencer Matthews – whose contingency score had to be used after he suffered a shoulder injury – and Kadeena Cox, but she was just relieved to have survived the show without an injury.
She tweeted: "Sad to be leaving, but thanks so much for everyone who has supported me through the weeks ! But most importantly I’m leaving in 1 piece (sic)"
And Jade already has her eye on competing on another reality show as she’d like to be considered for tough jungle endurance contest ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’.
She said: "I’d love to do ‘I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here!’ I’m quite competitive so I could handle eating the bugs."
Meanwhile, Sir Bradley Wiggins was "gutted" to have to quit the competition after injuring his ankle in the ski cross.
He said: "I’ve suffered a fracture on my ankle, and been told to rest it, which means I’m out of the competition.
"I’m gutted, really gutted.
"I’ve had the time of my life. It’s been great meeting people from all walks of life.
"I’ve been cycling for so many years and surrounded by cyclists, so it’s nice to meet different people."
And Caprice Bourret was forced to miss this week’s action after falling ill, but will return to the show next week.
